City's around the world made sweeping changes to their infrastructure to support the changes caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Whereas many beloved restaurants, bars, and stores had to close their doors, some cities took this change in stride by opening more green spaces, reducing through-traffic, and supporting renewable energy projects.
