Since the turn of the 20th century, most industries have seen a massive shift to towards labor outsourcing to developing countries; wages are much lower, and the cost-efficiency leads to better profit margins for capitalists. Now, with the proliferation of the internet and instant communication across the globe, a new market for virtual assistants is emerging. Is it moral? Ethical? Simply good-for-business?
