Maybe I'm just a sucker for Murakami's writing, but I think almost anything he puts out is incredible. I really appreciate The New Yorker publishing him as much as possible too. Here are some recent ones that I thought were excellent:

In this brief autobiographical piece, Murakami talks about the t-shirts he has collected throughout his life. Only he could make something so frivolous seem so meaningful.
